Is there a free way to enter?

Yes — every competition and instant win game can be entered free by post, with exactly the same chance of winning. How to enter free.

What happens if a competition doesn't sell out?

The draw still goes ahead at the time shown — your odds are simply better. Selling out never brings a draw forward.

How do I know the draw is fair?

Before any ticket is sold we publish a sealed fingerprint of the draw's random seed. After the draw we reveal the seed so anyone can repeat the calculation with the public entry list and get the same winner.

Can I withdraw my winnings?

Yes. Cash prizes go to your cash balance and can be withdrawn to a UK bank account or PayPal from £5. Site credit from promotions can be spent on entries but not withdrawn.
