Cookie policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains how DBX Dream Draws uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.
Our approach
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the website securely and provide the services you ask for. We do not use advertising, analytics or behavioural-tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept or reject.
Strictly necessary cookie
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
session | Keeps you logged in, remembers your basket and protects website forms and account functions against misuse. | Up to 30 days, or until you log out or clear it |
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for functions you request and are used without consent, as the law allows. They can't be switched off on our website without those functions stopping working.
Similar technologies
When you move between pages, your browser keeps the address of the page you came from in its session storage (key dbxPrev) so the Back button can return you there. It stays on your device, is deleted when you close the tab, and isn't used for tracking.
Our website registers a small "service worker" script so that it can be added to your phone's home screen like an app. It does not store personal information, track you or cache your account pages.
Payment provider
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe may use its own cookies or similar technologies for payment processing, authentication, security and fraud prevention. Stripe's own privacy and cookie information applies there.
External resources
We host our own fonts and images, so browsing DBX Dream Draws doesn't send requests to other companies. The only third party your browser contacts is Stripe, and only when you choose to pay.
Non-essential cookies
If we ever introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are used.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block or delete the session cookie, parts of DBX Dream Draws will stop working correctly — for example, you won't be able to stay logged in, keep a basket or use your account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our website technology or legal obligations change. The latest version always shows its last-updated date.
