Free postal entry

You can enter any DBX Dream Draws prize draw or instant win game free by post. A valid postal entry goes into the same draw, and can win instant prizes, on exactly the same basis as a paid entry.

1. Write your entry

On a postcard, or a letter in an envelope, write clearly:

  • the name of the competition you're entering (exactly as shown on its page)
  • your answer to that competition's question
  • your full name and postal address
  • your email address — use the one on your DBX Dream Draws account if you have one
  • your phone number and date of birth

2. Post it

Send it by ordinary first- or second-class post — you don't need recorded or tracked delivery — to:

DBX Dream Draws Free Entry, 11 Ashford Road, Patchway, Bristol, BS34 5DX

3. Deadline

Your entry must arrive before the competition's closing time, shown on its page. An entry that arrives on the closing day counts as on time. Allow a few days for the post — proof of posting isn't proof that we received it.

What happens next

  • We record every envelope we open, with the date it arrived and the outcome.
  • If it's valid, we allocate a ticket number at random and email it to you.
  • If your email matches a DBX Dream Draws account, the entry appears in My account → My entries, and any cash or site-credit instant prize goes straight to that wallet (for instant win games, when you reveal your play). You don't need an account to enter by post — without one, we contact you about any prize.

Limits

  • One entry per envelope. You can send more than one envelope.
  • Postal and online entries count together towards each competition's per-person limit, shown on its page.
  • The daily free game is already free, so it doesn't take postal entries.

When an entry can't be accepted

We'll record the envelope but can't issue a ticket if:

  • it arrives after the competition has closed;
  • the answer to the question is wrong or missing;
  • the entrant is under 18 or doesn't live in the UK;
  • the entrant has already reached the per-person limit;
  • the competition has sold out before it arrives; or
  • it's incomplete or illegible, so we can't tell which competition it's for or who sent it.
